Video Business Cards

It’s still pretty novel and serves a useful purpose. So much in fact that CMA’s Contact Centre Council decided to try out the video business card format to personalize an issue (related to variable compensation at contact centres). It’s just seven minutes. Even if the topic doesn’t catch your interest, the technology is worth a look.

Very interesting technology. Has major potential in terms of lead generation.

The technology is quite robust for its uses. IE: Meeting new clients by putting a name to a face, sending staff personalized messages such as holiday greetings or quarterly performance message, not to mention conducting product knowledge sessions for new product launches.
